To the front is a goldplated leaf which is wonderfully detailed and can be worn pointing up or the leaf pointing down (see pics below).
The circlet is entirely adjustable as it has a chain to the back which can be adjusted to fit from approx 20 inches up to a maximum of approx 27 inches
